Maverick Media to Broadcast Livestream Coverage of Lenny Peters Cup
The Lenny Peters Cup Organizing Committee, host of the Lenny Peters Cup and Bethany Medical North Carolina Rowing Championships is pleased to announce Maverick Media will provide live streaming coverage of the races on April 12 beginning at 8:00 AM and continuing through the conclusion of racing at 6:00 PM.
The Lenny Peters Cup is a Ryder Cup style rowing event between Team USA's top four male and female scullers and eight Olympic medalists selected from across the globe. The livestream can be watched on the World Rowing Youtube channel as well as the Lenny Peters Cup Youtube and the Fox8 streaming platform.
"We are pleased to have Maverick Media on board to broadcast this rowing event and showcase Team USA taking on a world dream team of Olympic medalists," says race director Gene Kininmonth. "This will be an eight camera production, which will include two drones and ship to shore video footage from a following boat. With Olympic medalists, Team USA, and giant ducks on the lake, this will make for wonderful viewing for the rowing enthusiast anywhere in the world."
The livestream will include all the Lenny Peters Cup races as well as the 'named' events of the Bethany Medical North Carolina Rowing Championships. In addition the event will broadcast interviews 'Live from the Red Carpet' as Team USA and Paris Olympians arrive at the venue. Later in the day awards ceremonies will also be captured live.
